The license photo is a completely different woman — same person.

The joke lands the instant you see it. A glamorous woman in a glossy pink convertible is pulled over on a sunny Miami boulevard: huge eyes, dramatic lashes, and long thick glossy blonde hair. The officer glances at her driver's license and freezes — the photo shows the same woman with no makeup, tiny natural round eyes and short, thin, sparse hair. He compares, faster and faster, sure it's fake. So she calmly proves it: a makeup wipe, one false lash, the hair extensions — until she matches the photo exactly. He nods, approves, and she jump-cuts straight back to glam and drives off. The whole gag is visual, immediately understandable, and never mean.
